President’s Message…

As the recently elected President of the Airdrie Legion, I am truly honoured to serve our veterans, their families, our members, and the community. I look forward to working together to uphold the values of remembrance, service, and support that are at the heart of our Legion.

I would like to sincerely thank our outgoing Executive Board members for their dedication and leadership. Your contributions have helped strengthen our branch and are greatly appreciated. I would also like to warmly welcome our new Board members as we move forward together with unity and purpose.

Over the past four years, serving as Branch Service Officer and as a member of the Executive Board has given me valuable experience and a good understanding of the needs of our veterans, members, and community. As a nurse, compassion, empathy, and caring for others have always guided me, and I will bring those same values to my role as President.

While our branch has faced challenges and change, I believe this is also a time of opportunity, renewal, and growth. Together, we can continue to honour those who served, strengthen our Legion, and make a positive difference in our community.

Thank you for your trust and support.
